You can send marketing campaigns and set up automated messaging flows on WebEngage to message your customers through Connectly WhatsApp.
You need to be fully onboarded to Connectly platform and have a working business WhatsApp phone number.
For this integration you will need:
- 1.Connectly Business ID
- 2.Connectly API Key
- 3.Connectly WhatsApp phone number
- Go to your WebEngage dashboard
- Go to integrations
- Configure your WhatsApp channel
- Select a private WhatsApp integration and configure it
- On the configuration page provide the Business ID, API Key and WhatsApp phone number
