# Message your customer on Intercom through Connectly

### Instructions

#### Pre-requisites

1. Please contact <engineering@connectly.ai> to request your `BUSINESS_ID` and `API key`

#### Integromat/Make

1. Sign up for Make account at <https://www.make.com/en/register>
2. Follow the steps in this [video](https://www.loom.com/share/aa7284f0f5e9443ca471fbdcd14cfc70) to authenticate into Intercom
   1. Once you press a pop-up will appear\

   2. Press ***Authorize Access***
   3. Go back to the home page
