Message your customer on Intercom through Connectly

If you are using Intercom as your main CRM you can route WhatsApp messages to Intercom. Customer messages will be shown as conversations in Intercom. Whenever you post a reply on Intercom conversation

Pre-requisites

  1. Please contact engineering@connectly.ai to request your BUSINESS_ID and API key

Integromat/Make

  1. Sign up for Make account at https://www.make.com/en/register

  2. Follow the steps in this video to authenticate into Intercom

    1. Press Authorize Access

    2. Go back to the home page

  3. Follow the steps in this video to create a new scenario and import Connectly to Intercom scenario

  4. Download a second JSON file. Right-click on the link and select Save Link As...

  5. Follow the steps in this video to create a second scenario and import Intercom to Connectly scenario
