Message your customer on Intercom through Connectly
If you are using Intercom as your main CRM you can route WhatsApp messages to Intercom. Customer messages will be shown as conversations in Intercom. Whenever you post a reply on Intercom conversation

    Sign up for Make account at https://www.make.com/en/register​

    Follow the steps in this video to authenticate into Intercom

      Once you press a pop-up will appear

      Press Authorize Access
    3. 3.
      Go back to the home page

    Download this JSON file. Right-click on the link and select Save Link As...

  4. 4.
    Follow the steps in this video to create a new scenario and import Connectly to Intercom scenario
  5. 5.
    Download a second JSON file. Right-click on the link and select Save Link As...
  6. 6.
    Follow the steps in this video to create a second scenario and import Intercom to Connectly scenario
